Your Fitness Coach & Mentor

Hi, my name is Dominique Clarke, and I was born and raised in St. Catherine, Jamaica, West Indies. When I was a young girl in high school, I've always been impressed with how other girls were so athletic and were always in shape. But I was scared of participating in sports because of the negative association of girls playing sports and the added thought that they all looked too "tuff" or hard looking". I never wanted that word to be associated with me because I wanted to look as feminine as possible and would be embarrassed to look "tuff". In addition to that I was always self-conscious because my body didn't look like most of the other girls in high school.   After graduating high school, I migrated to the United States, Boston Massachusetts in 2005 with my family.  I became more familiar with the American lifestyle and learned that there's nothing to be ashamed of with looking strong and feeling your best. I started to educate myself with different styles of training and learned that genetics and certain lifestyles will factor how everyone's body composition will change. I started to fall in love with not just how exercise made me look, but mostly how it made me feel. I felt more confident, stronger and happier.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle not just physically but also mentally. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your mind and body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
