Working with Dom has been a phenomenal experience. She is always patient with me when I call her frustrated that I'm looking the same or that I'm about to quit because I feel like I just don't have time for this anymore. With kind words and reassurance, she reminds me that sculpting and recomposition of the body takes time, she also reminds me STOP LOOKING AT INSTAGRAM WITH GIRLS FLEXING THEIR ABS AND POPPING THEIR BUTTS OUT ON PICS. They don't look like that when they are relaxed. 🤣🤣

She very passionate about her program so please be as committed as she is. You cant want diamonds and take a nap. If you want diamonds you have to go digging and put In the work !!!! Nothing comes easy and I have to remind myself that too.
